Job summary

Paths is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for LIHTC affordable housing in Orlando, FL. You will handle tenant issues, collections, lease administration, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure proper property upkeep.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred) and at least 2 years in property management with Section 8 experience; Yardi familiarity is a plus. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, including Section 8 experience.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Familiarity with affordable housing and annual certification processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily arrears collections and resident follow-ups.
• Oversee move-in and move-out processes.
• Inspect units prior to move-ins and after move-outs.
• Coordinate with maintenance on work orders.
• Assist with annual unit inspections for Tax Credit compliance.
• Ensure timely collection and completion of annual resident certifications.
• Process new move-in packages and Section 8 review packages.
