Qualifications

• HUD LIHTC experience required.
• Experience reading and analyzing financial reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage two properties with 656 units, ensuring compliant operations.
• Oversee income recertifications, leasing, and re-leasing processes.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations including Fair Housing.
