Job summary

Paths Management Services is seeking a Property Manager to oversee total property operations, ensuring efficient, compliant tenancy and operations. The role covers income recertification, leasing, budgeting, and reporting within HUD/LIHTC and Section 8 frameworks.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s in a related field, 2–3 years of property management experience, strong MS Office skills, and supervisory experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, social work, or related field.
• 2–3 years of property management experience.
• Must have HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8 experience.
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Yardi Forecast or Yardi Asset IQ experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee income recertification, leasing, and re-leasing of property.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations.
• Provide high-quality service to residents, vendors, and employees.
• Handle monthly financial reporting and variance explanations.
• Review expenses and assist in annual budget preparation.
• Enforce company policies and safety guidelines across departments.
• Maintain knowledge of community policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Coordinate 24-hour property coverage for maintenance emergencies.
