Job summary

HumanGood is hiring an Administrator/Property Manager for an affordable housing community. You will oversee daily operations, ensure HUD/compliance standards, and lead a dedicated team to deliver excellent resident services.

The role requires property management experience in subsidized housing and a track record of supervising staff. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a Certificate of Occupancy Specialist is a plus. Join us to support residents and grow your career.

Qualifications

• Property Management experience in subsidized housing (HUD, LIHTC, PRAC or equivalent) required.
• 2+ years of experience as a manager for affordable housing community or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience leading & supervising a team required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a major in a service-related discipline
• Certificate of Occupancy Specialist preferred (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the overall operations of the community
• Maintaining compliance with HUD and state/local requirements
• Full cycle management of team members including instruction, assignment and performance management
• Building positive relationships with residents, staff and government agencies
• Monitoring the financial condition of the community including budgets and cash management
