Responsibilities include supervising staff, preparing required reports, coordinating with maintenance and client services, and maintaining accurate records and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Directs the work of staff, including assigning, planning, reviewing, evaluating, and disciplining as needed.
• Reports significant developments to the Regional Property Manager.
• Communicates with the Regional Maintenance Supervisor on work orders, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Maintains resident files, inventory records, and HUD/HABD reports; processes purchase requests and manages petty cash.
• Oversees property operations to meet PHAS, occupancy, and housing standards.
• Manages occupancy, rent collection, safety, and curb appeal to ensure property success.
