Job summary

ABC Management Co is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all operational and financial aspects of a property, ensuring occupancy, compliance, and resident satisfaction. You will supervise leasing and maintenance teams, manage budgets, and coordinate capital projects within HUD guidelines.

Responsibilities include administering HUD recertifications, handling rent collections, and ensuring timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; some college beneficial.
• Minimum 2 years of Affordable Housing experience.
• COS and/or TCS certifications beneficial; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance staff, delegate work and schedule tasks.
• Maintain property occupancy and retain residents.
• Approve lease applicants and process move-ins.
• Administer HUD recertifications and review EIV and HAP reports.
• Oversee rent collections and delinquency reporting.
• Coordinate capital improvements and manage budget compliance.
