Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Property Manager in Bend, OR to oversee daily operations, lease administration and resident experience. The role drives client satisfaction, retention, and financial performance while leading a team and coordinating maintenance, contracts, and reporting.

Requires strong organizational skills, customer service, and the ability to communicate across levels. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree and real estate license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in property management; 1–2 years direct management preferred.
• Knowledge of resident lifecycle activities; real estate license preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or Yardi Voyager is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and lease administration.
• Manage resident satisfaction, rent collection, and delinquency control.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and development of associates.
• Execute marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and safety.
• Respond to resident concerns and liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain knowledge through professional development and workshops.
• Organize site safety plans and emergency procedures.
• Monitor property P&L, contracts, and reporting.
