Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations at the Scottsdale property. You will guide a maintenance team, handle service requests, and maintain safety, quality, and curb appeal for residents and the community.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs across trades, supervising preventative maintenance, and mentoring staff while keeping maintenance costs within the budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Manage service requests and unit make-ready standards.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Monitor safety and risk management and maintain budgets.
