Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, lease administration, and resident experience at a Tucson property. You will manage resident satisfaction, marketing, and P&L while leading a team to deliver excellent service and compliance.

The role requires knowledge of rental lifecycle activities, two to three years in property management, and familiarity with Salesforce.com or Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Maintain property P&L and property marketing in accordance with company standards.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates with a shared vision and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office about common area maintenance and landlord rules.
