Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Property Manager in Georgia to lead daily operations of a residential community. You will oversee rents, occupancy, and expenditures while supervising onsite staff and resident relations.

Knowledge of leasing, budgeting, and Yardi is required, with weekends flexibility and potential licensing needs. The role emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving to maintain high occupancy and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in onsite property management including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with property management software; Yardi is a plus.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information.
• Understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting; ability to multitask.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; able to tour the property with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
• Manage resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests completion.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget forecasts with Regional PM.
• Prepare and audit lease files and related documents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned; may require a driver’s license.
• May require state-specific license or certification.
