Job summary

The Galman Group is seeking a sensational full-time Property Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations. You will coordinate staff, vendors, and residents to maximize occupancy and property values, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and applicable laws.

As a key member of the regional team, you will develop budgets, monitor operating costs, oversee rent collection, and supervise on-site personnel.

Qualifications

• Prior Property Management experience preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred but not required.
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment.
• Understanding of computer systems, web applications and software.
• Performs duties under pressure and meets deadlines in a timely manner.
• Works as part of a team, as well as completes assignments independently.
• High degree of flexibility with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage quickly with individuals in an outgoing, friendly manner, and build and maintain relationships with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations.
• Coordinate staff, vendors, and residents to maximize occupancy and property values.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets; stay within guidelines.
• Ensure timely rent collection and deposits; report to corporate offices.
• Supervise on-site staff and conduct training and performance reviews.
• Maintain lease files and ensure proper lease execution.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and related laws.
