DASMEN Residential is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and maximize property value. This role reports to Regional Manager and engages in leasing, administrative work, and human resources activities.

The position emphasizes leadership, compliance with laws, and professional representation of the company to residents and vendors. Exempt status applies, with standard benefits for a solid multi-site property team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Property Manager experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Yardi Voyager experience required.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Proficient in MS Office and community software.
• OSHA knowledge and compliance.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Present professional appearance and conduct.
• Adhere to Employee Handbook policies.

Responsibilities

• Understand financial goals and operate assets in owners’ best interest.
• Maintain accurate records of all property transactions and submit timely reports.
• Ensure rents and late fees are collected and deposited promptly.
• Generate legal documents and actions per state and company guidelines.
• Communicate with vendors/contractors regarding scheduling and invoices.
• Approve accounts payable and manage petty cash.
