Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Property Manager in Kennewick, WA. The role leads daily property operations, lease administration, and resident satisfaction while ensuring strong customer service and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, delinquencies, and property P&L.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, feedback, and hiring.
• Coach and develop associates toward a shared vision.
• Execute marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Liaise with residents and corporate office on maintenance and rules enforcement.
• Maintain professional knowledge via workshops and networks.
• Plan site emergency procedures and safety programs.
• Segment safety records and risk management initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
