Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to lead or collaborate on a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and oversee staff.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and resident relations.
• Monitor marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the property and amenities.
• Provide updates to owners and maintain client/owner relationships.
