Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily property. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, rent collection, vendor contracts, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, inspections, staff supervision, and coordination with owners. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in property management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently, as a leader, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Help develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and marketing information.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments, and preparing monthly reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, ensure insurance certificates, and manage communications with vendors and owners.
• Control expenditures to stay within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and evictions as needed.
• Gather market data and implement marketing and leasing strategies to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and appearance standards.
• Supervise staff, hire and train employees, and manage performance.
• Assist in managing owner relationships and provide property performance updates.
