Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for City Office Atlanta to oversee daily operations and a property team, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction at a multi-family community.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will manage budgets, marketing strategies, and leasing activities while ensuring compliance with policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and oversee a team to meet budgeted financial and operating goals.
• Analyze financial statements, review marketing information, and support lease enforcement and renewal processes.
• Ensure rent collection, post deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Oversee vendor contracts, invoices, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
