Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a Garden-style community in Conway, SC. You will manage budgeting, leasing, marketing, and staff while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company policies.

You will lead a team, handle vendor relations, and drive occupancy and revenue goals through strategic pricing, timely collections, and strong resident service. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to lead and work independently.

Aufgaben

• Input into property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and reviewing monthly reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applicant screening, renewals, and notices as per lease terms.
• Gather and interpret market trends to inform marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and servicing requests promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Supervise staff including hiring, orientation, training, and performance management.
• Assist in client/owner relationship management and provide performance updates.
