Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management.
• Oversee supplier contracts, maintenance, and monthly reporting.
• Lead and coach associates; recruit and hire staff.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with operations guidelines and landlord rules.
