Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the overall operations of the property in Denver. You will manage resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and reporting, while delivering excellent service to residents and clients.

You will lead a team, recruit and coach staff, execute marketing plans to attract residents, and ensure compliance with guidelines. A strong focus on safety, training, and professional development is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and property P&L.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead associates with a shared vision and provide coaching and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand operations guidelines within the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and the corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
