Job summary

Trinity Management, LLC is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential or commercial properties in Marlborough, MA. You will be the primary contact for tenants, vendors, and stakeholders, driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Strong knowledge of Yardi/OneSite and LIHTC/Section 8 is a plus; excellent customer

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite; CMMS is a plus.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Section 8 housing programs.
• Excellent customer service and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
• Oversee leasing activities: marketing, tours, and lease negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, LIHTC, and applicable laws.
• Utilize property management software to maintain records and reports.
• Coordinate maintenance and facilities management to ensure safety and compliance.
• Foster positive tenant relations through proactive communication and service.
• Prepare contracts and administrative reports; maintain organized records.
