Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee multiple properties, drive NOI and occupancy, and manage on-site teams. The role emphasizes operational excellence, resident experience, and compliant, fiscally accountable leadership.

You will report to regional leadership, coordinate with maintenance and vendors, and implement pricing/marketing strategies based on market data. This is a full-time on-site position with a focus on growth and team development.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of property management experience in multifamily housing.
• 2 years minimum on a 300+ unit property and/or mixed-use community preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM/CAM/RMP certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint and ADP; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana and EliseAI is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own properties’ financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends to maintain occupancies.
• Lead on-site teams and develop staff through coaching and performance checks.
