Broad Management Group LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations for a single property, ensuring high occupancy and strong tenant relations. You will coordinate maintenance, manage budget and finances, and ensure regulatory compliance, while representing the property to owners, tenants, and vendors.

The role requires proven property management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. In-person work location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management with solid knowledge of industry practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant, owner, and vendor relations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if required for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and tenant relations to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements with vendors.
• Develop and manage the property's budget and financial performance.
• Market vacant units and conduct tenant screening.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain records.
• Prepare regular property performance reports.
