Job summary

Trinity Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential community in Boston. This role requires a strong balance of operational oversight, financial management, and resident relations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of property management experience, a strong understanding of affordable housing programs, and must hold the COS or SCHM certification. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Property Management experience.
• Experience with affordable housing programs like LIHTC and/or Section 8.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing and maintenance.
• Manage leasing efforts by marketing vacant units and conducting tours.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate property data and financial reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance operations to ensure property standards.
• Address resident concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure property safety and cleanliness.
