You will lead an on-site team, collaborate with maintenance and vendors, and implement pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Property Manager experience in multifamily housing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM/CAM/RMP certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, ADP; familiarity with Yardi/Entrata/Asana/EliseAI.

Responsibilities

• Own property financial performance, occupancy and NOI goals, with timely reporting.
• Lead pricing/marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy and renewals.
• Hire, train, and lead an on-site team; manage vendor partnerships for quality service.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver a high-quality resident experience.
