Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is looking for a Property Manager to independently run a multifamily property, focusing on NOI, occupancy, renewals, and resident experience. You’ll drive financial performance, lead an on-site team, and implement pricing strategies to stay competitive in a dynamic market.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and delivering a high-quality living experience while fostering community engagement and renewals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Property Manager experience in multifamily housing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM/CAM/RMP certifications are a plus.
• MS Office, SharePoint, ADP proficiency required; experience with Yardi/Entrata/Asana/EliseAI is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the property’s financial performance including occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership.
• Implement pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends to maintain occupancy.
• Coordinate operations, inspections, and regulatory compliance for ongoing property success.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing on-site team; coach and track performance.
• Partner with maintenance and vendors to ensure high-quality service and timely repairs.
