Avison Young is seeking a Property Manager in the United States to lead the financial and operational oversight of an assigned portfolio. You’ll manage budgets, rent collections, vendor contracts, and tenant satisfaction, while supervising a team and ensuring NOI goals are met.

The role emphasizes strong real estate knowledge, financial acumen, and leadership in a collaborative, inclusive environment. Base salary aligns with market data; bonus eligible.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, real estate, or finance.
• 4–7 years related experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate and financial terms.
• CPM or RPA designation is a plus.
• Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, budget, and control operating and capital expenditures.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable, including rent collection and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance of all tenant lease agreements.
• Resolve tenant requests and maintain strong tenant relationships.
• Oversee vendor services and monitor performance against service agreements.
• Schedule and facilitate maintenance with vendors and tenants.
• Maintain relationships with property owners to meet objectives.
• Perform property inspections and recommend improvements.
• Lead and develop team to achieve performance goals.
