Job summary

Avison Young is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio’s financial and operational performance in the Phoenix area. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, lease compliance, and tenant satisfaction while coordinating with site staff and owners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business/real estate/finance and 4–7 years of CRE experience. Competitive benefits accompany a strong emphasis on growth and leadership within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or finance.
• Commercial Real Estate coursework; CPM or RPA designation a plus.
• 4–7 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate, financial terms and principles and ability to analyse complex financial decisions.
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and control operating and capital expenditures.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reports, and variance reports.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable, including rent collection and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance of all tenant lease agreements between landlord and tenant.
• Coordinate with Property Management and Building Staff Teams to resolve tenant needs.
• Oversee vendor services selection, proposals, and service agreements; monitor performance.
• Supervise maintenance scheduling with vendors and tenants.
• Maintain relationships with Property Owners to meet objectives.
• Perform property inspections and recommend asset improvements.
• Lead and develop team members; set performance goals and provide coaching.
