Greystar is seeking a Property Manager for a stabilized mid-rise community in San Jose. You will lead the onsite team, manage daily operations, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance to meet budgeted goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent setting, expense controls, vendor coordination, lease enforcement, resident satisfaction, and regular property inspections. Experience with Yardi or Entrata is preferred, and familiarity with California leasing requirements is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 4-6 years minimum property management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
