Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing-focused property manager in San Jose. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets, while delivering excellent resident service.

You will use Yardi and other on-site tools to manage listings, prospects, and leases, and you will drive traffic through local marketing and referrals. The role requires prior property management experience, strong leasing skills, and comfort with software platforms

Qualifications

• Must have prior property management experience
• Proficient in Yardi and CRM systems
• Ability to manage daily operations and maintain accurate records
• Strong leasing, sales, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and signing leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance to address issues.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Design and execute marketing activities using online tools and referrals to boost occupancy.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and capture resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prep leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize lease retention and satisfaction.
• Support lease renewal processes, preparing documents and meeting renewal targets.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and escalate issues as needed.
