Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Property Manager or at least 5 years as Assistant Property Manager is required.
• Experience with property management software and marketing techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including accounting, reports and annual budget.
• Achieve leasing and resident retention goals through leasing and marketing activities.
• Supervise property staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and relations.
• Oversee maintenance to ensure efficient operation and upkeep.
• Secure vendor contracts and manage projects within budget.
