Job summary

Paradigm Management in Arlington, VA seeks an Operations Manager to support on-site operations for an apartment community and serve as the main contact for residents. You will oversee leasing processes, move-ins/outs, and financials under the Property Manager's guidance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and solid property management experience. On-site responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations, with a focus on resident

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong mathematical skills to complete financial, accounting and lease processes.
• Strong organizational skills with accuracy in work, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day on-site operations across leasing, maintenance, and administrative functions.
• Oversee lease applications and screening processes and ensure documentation is ready for approval.
• Coordinate resident move-ins/out, including key and parking pass issuance and deposits.
• Post charges for initial move-ins and initiate Financial Move-Out Statements for approval.
• Generate and track resident renewals and assist with contacting residents as needed.
• Assist with responses to resident concerns and escalation of service issues; prepare reports and budgets.
• Assist the Property Manager with invoices, POs, and vendor billings as needed.
