Paradigm Management Corp in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Leasing Professional to lease apartments, complete leasing paperwork, finalize move-in preparations, and answer prospect and resident questions with timely, exceptional service.

You will lead community tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while collaborating with the leasing and property teams to ensure a positive experience for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Residential leasing experience or strong sales/customer service background.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; social media/marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, professional business writing, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and visitors.
• Lead tours of the community and capture rental commitments from application to move-in.
• Prepare leasing-related reports and complete marketing activities.
• Assist with resident relations, administrative tasks, and property management duties.
• Collaborate with leasing and property teams to maintain a positive environment for staff and residents.
• Work schedule includes weekends to maximize leasing potential.
