Job summary

Paradigm seeks a Service Manager to coordinate maintenance at a luxury apartment community in Alexandria, VA. You will supervise maintenance and vendors, ensuring clean, safe, and attractive conditions for residents.

Requirements include 5+ years in residential service management, HVAC/CFC/electrical licenses, and experience with property management software (Entrata preferred). On‑site, on-call work is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a residential service manager.
• Experience managing 300+ units.
• HVAC, CFC, and electrical licenses required.
• Entrata or property management software experience preferred.
• Able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather; lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and vendor relations.
• Handle maintenance service requests across trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, appliances).
• Oversee apartment turnover and capital improvements.
• Participate in on-call maintenance rotation and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and maintain accurate records.
