Job summary

Go Store It Management is seeking a friendly, hands-on Maintenance Associate for our self-storage facilities. You will walk the property daily to identify issues, assist customers at the store, and perform simple repairs to keep units and common areas in top condition.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and basic patching or painting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Help customers who show up to the store. Rent a unit, take a payment, get a review when you make the customer’s day.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Respond to admin tasks and help improve property performance.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
