• Walk the property daily and check for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Help customers who show up at the store: rent a unit, take a payment, and provide a positive experience for the customer.
• Fix small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint/patch repairs.
• Keep the facility clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Respond to admin tasks and help improve property performance.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
