Go Store It - Self Storage seeks a Part-Time Self-Storage Property Manager for our Augusta, GA location. The role involves daily on-site oversight, basic maintenance, unit turnover, and assisting customers to keep the facility secure and well-managed.

Ideal candidates are reliable, with the ability to walk the property daily, perform minor repairs, and ensure a clean, organized environment for all tenants. PTO eligibility and on-site tools provided are part of the package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and check for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small maintenance items: locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple patch repairs.
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash areas clean.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on-site and help ensure smooth operation.

What You'll Be Doing

Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that's off.
Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they're working.
Help customers when they're on site and need a hand.
Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you're proud to be part of.
