Go Store It Management in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager to help keep our self-storage facility clean, secure, and welcoming. You’ll walk the property daily, perform simple repairs, assist customers on site, and ensure units are ready for the next renter.

We offer PTO, predictable schedules, and a path for advancement. No college degree is required; we train you on what you need to know, and we provide the tools and supplies to do the job right.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Walk the property daily and inspect for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Perform small repairs (locks, lights, doors, toilets, paint or patch work).
• Keep the place clean—hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs; sweep and prep for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site and provide a helpful, on-site presence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
