Go Store It Management is hiring a Part-Time Self-Storage Property Manager to join our Raleigh, NC on-site team. This role focuses on daily property upkeep, guest assistance, and safe, clean facilities.

You’ll walk the property, fix small issues, turn over units after move-outs, and ensure gates, lights, and alarms work. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; no college degree needed.

Responsabilités

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks or anything off.
• Fix small issues such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs: sweep, clean, and prepare for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they’re working.
• Help customers on site and provide assistance when needed.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
