Go Store It - Self Storage in Concord, NC seeks a dedicated Self-Storage Property Manager to oversee daily site operations, coordinate maintenance, assist customers on site, and ensure units are ready for renters. Must have a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent. No college degree required; on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint/patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs, sweeping and prepping for next renter.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that is off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they're working.
• Help customers when they're on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you're proud to be part of.
