Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential community in Greensboro, NC. You will drive leasing, budgeting, and resident relations, coordinating with onsite staff and regional leadership for strong performance.

The role requires managing financials, occupancy targets, and compliance, with flexibility to work weekends and tours of the property.

Competenze

• Experience in onsite property management, including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to review financial information and budgeting.
• Willing to work weekends and tour properties.

Mansioni

• Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including taking resident calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and federal/local regulations.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and proper completion of service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections, discuss strategies with the Regional Property Manager and complete annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.
• Assigns and proofs all leasing paperwork.
• Audits and adheres to lease file policy with consistency.
• Additional duties as assigned.
