Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager in the United States, based at our Goldsboro, NC site. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, and financial performance to maximize occupancy and meet budget goals.

The role requires at least 1 year of onsite property management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and leadership skills. A flexible schedule, driving may be necessary, and Yardi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication; ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management or accounting software.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information.
• Knowledge of budgeting and marketing techniques; able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends; may require driving and site tours.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Supervise retention, renewal and leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff; oversee daily leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgeting; assist with asset plans and forecasts.
• Audit lease files and ensure proper documentation; perform additional duties as assigned.
