Ideal candidates bring 5–6 years of property management experience, strong budgeting skills, and a CPM or bachelor’s degree. This on-site role requires weekend availability and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of property management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or CPM highly preferred.
• Real estate license in applicable regions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and work toward NOI targets.
• Maximize property cash flow through rent collection and expense control.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and on-site operations.
• Develop annual operating budgets and business plans with team.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and fair housing regulations.
• Lead and train property staff, conducting weekly team meetings.
