Job summary

AION is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a large apartment community, overseeing daily operations, 600+ units, and a 12+‑person team. The role focuses on maximizing NOI, cash flow, and asset preservation while delivering excellent resident service.

You will supervise 1–2 additional Property Managers and may absorb Regional Property Manager duties as needed, coordinating budgeting, capital projects, and leasing strategies at a high level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's or CPM preferred.
• Experience in property management with at least 5-6 years.
• Knowledge of eviction law and Fair Housing regulations is needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and work toward achieving budgeted NOI.
• Maximize cash flow by minimizing delinquencies and ensuring rent collection.
• Monitor RealPage data accuracy and leasing/accounting workflows.
• Develop cost-saving strategies and annual operating budgets.
• Supervise 1–2 other property managers and support regional duties.
