ARI Apartment Management is seeking a Property Manager to administer and maintain all phases of community operations under the Regional Manager. You will lead a team, oversee leasing, marketing, maintenance, and budgeting to deliver strong occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in property management, excellent communication and leadership, and a valid driver's license. The position offers a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of property management experience with supervisory duties.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Sales and multi-family leasing experience a plus.
• Proficient in computer applications, email software, and word processing.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a property management team.
