Job summary

AION is seeking a Property Manager in the Ohio region to lead daily apartment community operations, optimize cash flow, and provide a high-quality living environment. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and coordinate leasing activities to enhance occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, cost control, vendor management, and ensuring timely rent collection.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of property management experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Real estate license within 120 days of hire (PA or NJ path).
• Excellent English communication and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of the property toward NOI.
• Maximize cash flow by rent collection and delinquencies control.
• Ensure accurate Entrata data and timely leasing activities.
• Develop cost-saving strategies and annual operating budget.
• Review financial statements with the accounting team.
• Monitor bidding, vendor invoicing, and contract compliance.
• Support leasing team with showings and applicant qualification.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and other laws.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and weekly team meetings.
