Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager to oversee management of a property or portfolio for a client under the management agreement. The role focuses on lease administration, collections, compliance, budgeting, and staff leadership.

You will coordinate tenant construction, liaise with owners and accounting, and ensure timely reporting while maintaining professional relationships with tenants and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Real estate license required.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.
• Experience negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Oversee all lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with property management policies, codes, regulations, and directives.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection process and conduct property inspections.
• Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, review CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts per requirements.
• Abstract leases in lease administration software.
• Interface with owners and accounting to ensure total contract compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate and oversee tenant and building construction work for timely completion.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings to align on goals.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, clients, and internal teams.
