First Realty Management is seeking a Condominium Portfolio Manager in Swampscott, MA. This full-time role oversees multiple condominium communities, ensuring efficient operations, strong resident relations, and effective board communication.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in condo management, a solid understanding of condo documents, and is proficient with Vantaca. Competitive benefits and professional growth opportunities are offered by a family-owned firm.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of condo management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Vantaca preferred.
• Excellent resident relations and board liaison skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures efficient operation of condominium communities within established guidelines.
• Provides superior customer service to residents, condominium owners/board members.
• Drafts and completes annual budgets following both company and client guidelines.
• Prepares monthly board packages, attends monthly meetings, and completes requested action items between board meetings.
• Works with subcontractors to maintain the properties.
• Provides administrative support for the properties.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Effectively utilizes all company software (Vantaca) for storage, processing work orders, vendor contracts, meeting minutes, board packages, unit owner communication, as well as software for invoice processing.
• Completes weekly site visits to all properties within the assigned portfolio.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually

We are seeking a Condominium Portfolio Manager in the Swampscott area. Previous condominium management and experience with condominium boards are required.

Requirements:

• Excellent resident relations skills
• Understanding of condo documents and association by-laws
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven leadership skills & ability to take initiative
• Superior judgment and decision-making skills
• 3 - 5 + years of experience in condominium management
• A bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience with Vantaca preferred
