Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Charlottesville, VA to support the property team by coordinating maintenance requests, resident communications, vendor scheduling, move-in and move-out inspections, and related administrative tasks. This role ensures records are accurate and timely under the guidance of the Service Manager and Property Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a customer-focused property management support role, familiarity with property

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-focused property management support role
• Experience using property management software with Yardi experience preferred
• Ability to comprehend federal Fair Housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions
• Possess a working knowledge of property management leasing, work order, and maintenance processes

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, company policies, resident communication standards, service request procedures, vendor requirements, and confidentiality of resident, vendor, employee, property, and company information
• Support the overall efforts of the service team by coordinating maintenance activities under the guidance of the Service Manager
• Manage all incoming maintenance work orders by utilizing systems such as email, web, text or phone and assign to technicians/vendors
• Manage the work order process in property management software from initial input to completion
• Document work order updates and follow up with residents after completion to confirm satisfaction
