Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager for the Providence Park property in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead on-site staff, and ensure financial and occupancy targets are met.

You will analyze financials, set rent strategies, enforce leases, and manage vendor relations while maintaining compliance and resident satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Lead the property team and oversee daily activities and resources.
• Analyze financial statements and market information to set rent and optimize occupancy.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and payments.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Monitor property maintenance and ensure safety and appearance standards.
• Support owner relationships with property performance updates and tours.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain compliance with policies.
