Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing a multifamily community.
• Ability to qualify prospects, present tours, and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic through on-site and internet marketing channels.
• Use property management software to track availability and data.
• Ensure show units meet company quality standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes with timely communications and documents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and document requests.
